Meet Ashleigh

From a young age, Ashleigh has thrived in competitive sports. She discovered her passion for netball at just 7 years old, playing at an elite level across the country before becoming the youngest person to represent Sussex and progressing through the England Netball Player Pathway. Alongside netball, she spent her teenage years competing with her thoroughbred, Sidney, in British Eventing. She then fell in love with weight training—and has since dedicated herself to building a

strong, resilient body. She is hugely passionate about

Meet Ethan

Ethan’s fitness journey started a little differently. As a naturally skinny teenager, he dabbled in sports like football and karate but it wasn’t until Year 11 that he discovered the gym. What started as a social activity quickly turned into a passion as he saw his body transform. Now, he follows a structured

weight training program (4x per week) and boxing (1x per week),

focusing on longevity and overall health.
